*ALL DANCE PARTIES, and PARTIES WITH CHILDREN and MINORS REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 & Security officer from the Sherriff Department in Covington. (NOT BOOKING FEE)
*ALL DAMAGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER.
*SECURITY IS FULLY REFUNDABLE LESS DAMAGE OR NECESSARY CLEAN-UP CAUSED BY ACTIONS OF RENTER OR GUESTS.
ALL RENTALS INCLUDES CHAIRS AND TABLES; ROUND, SMALL & LARGE (60” & 72”), RECTANGULAR (72” & 96”) AND COCKTAIL TABLES AS NEEDED.
BOOKING FEE: $250.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of the total amount is required on a first come first serve basis. BALANCE is due Six (6) weeks before the event. EVENTS NOT FULLY PAID BY 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED, AND NO REFUNDS DUE.
