Security Deposit

In accordance with Covington local authorities, ALL DANCE PARTIES, and PARTIES WITH CHILDREN and MINORS require  Security officer from the Sheriff Department in Covington; PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200.00 MAY BE CHARGED FOR SAFETY AND PROPERTY CONCERNS.  SECURITY DEPOSIT SHALL BE RETURNED IF NO DAMAGE, CLEANING ISSUES OR OVERSTAY BEYOND 1AM.

All damages are the responsibility of the renter.  COST COVERS CHAIRS & TABLES FROM 9am-1am.

The security deposit is fully refundable less damages AND OR required clean-up caused by actions of the renter or guests.

Booking Fee

,To secure your event , OUT OF THE TOTAL COST OF $850.00, a  $250.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required.  Your  balance of $600.00 is due Six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled event.  EVENTS NOT PAID IN FULL BY 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT WILL BE CONSIDERED CANCELLED, AND NO REFUNDS DUE.

THE COST OF THE HALL COVERS TABLES AND CHAIRS AND USE OF THE HALL FROM 9am-1am.

All facility rentals include chairs and tables options include:

• 60" small round
• 72" large round
• 72" small rectangular
• 96" large rectangular
• Cocktail tables
• White Lifetime folding chairs

Additional rentals available and include:

• 8-24" Stages, Tall  & Regular Vases
• Flowers
• Table linens including cloths, sashes, runners, and skirts
