Daily Weekday Pricing (Mon - Thurs except Public Holidays):

• $525 per day + $100 (Security Deposit)
• Tables ROUND (60x60 & 72x72) Rectangular(72'' & 96") and Lifetime Folding Chairs 
• $300 per day for all events ending by 3pm

Daily Weekend and Public Holiday Pricing (Each Day from Fri - Sun and Public Holidays):

• $625 per day + $100 (Security Deposit)
• Includes Rectangular and round tables, and chairs
• $400 per day for events ending at 3pm

Additions:

• Tablecloths $8 $ $10 each (Red, Black, Green, White & Burgundy
• Organza Saches: $.50; Runners: $1.00 (Gold, Purple, Red, White & Black)
• Elegant Poka Dot Saches: $1.00 each; Runners $2.00 (White & Black)
• Decorative Flowers & Vases are available for rent
• Security Deposit is refundable if no damage; In case of damage, Renter is liable for damages caused by Renter or Guest.  Damage must be repaired in 72 hours

$150.00 non-refundable fee is required to secure a reservation, on a first come first serve basis (will be applied to the reservation price).

Final payment and $100 Security Deposit (refundable if there is no damage to the property during your event) is due 4 weeks before the event. Events booked less than 4 weeks ahead require the full payment at booking.

Please note: Client will be responsible for providing all food, drinks, and decorations. Events and banquets are not affiliated with any vendor. Events and banquets can not be held liable for any item brought in by the client.
